Heatmiser Wireless Air Sensor
The Heatmiser Wireless Air Sensor offers flexible temperature monitoring for your heating system. It is compatible with the Heatmiser Touch V2, Edge, and Neo Systems. Use it as a standalone temperature sensor or combine multiple sensors for an averaged temperature reading across a larger area.
Compatibility
- Touch V2: Pairs directly with the thermostat.
- Edge: Pairs directly with the thermostat.
- Neo System: Pairs to the neoHub Gen 2 and then linked to the appropriate zone via the Android or iOS apps.
Neo System Functionality
When used with the Neo System, the Wireless Air Sensor enhances system intelligence. You can choose how the sensor operates within your linked zone:
- Monitoring: Simply measure the temperature in another area of your home without affecting thermostat operation.
- Pair to Zone: Link the sensor to an existing neoStat. This offers two sub-options:
- Averaging: The thermostat will average the temperature reading between its internal sensor and the remote wireless air sensor.
- Remote Only: The thermostat's internal sensor is disabled, and the remote sensor becomes the sole air sensor for the selected zone. Additional remote sensors paired to this zone will contribute to an averaged reading.
