  • Straight flute reamer allows chips and debris to escape easily from the hole, great for most applications in shallow cuts. Can achieve the required roundness, straightness, and concentricity of the hole.
  • Hand reamer tool is made of 9SiCr alloy steel, which has excellent hardness, toughness and wear resistance, suitable for cutting through various materials, including ferrous and non-ferrous metals. With just a base substrate (no additional coating), it is suitable for a wide range of applications.
  • The reamer drill bit can be easily operated manually by a wrench, T-handle wrench, extension rod, drill chuck. Used for light cut, repair work, removing stock or simply for enlarging holes. Cutting fluid or lubricant can be used to lubricate the reamer and workpiece to help reduce friction, improve surface finish and increase tool life.
  • Tips: Pay attention to the chips generated during the reaming process. If chips begin to clog the reamer's chip flutes, cutting performance will be affected. Make sure the workpiece is securely clamped or held in place to minimize movement.
